HS100
Overview
- Capable of achieving 100 cycles per minute.
- Triple collation system available for speeds up to 300 packs per minute.
- No seal bar giving greater operating efficiency.
- Servo controlled operation.
- Film is precut to register at high speed.
- The triple system is particularly economical as it utilises a single film
roll and single knife cut facility.
- LCD display on electrical cabinet enables complete fault finding, and
alerts operator to fault.
- 95% of air in bottom blow shrink tunnel is recycled for more efficiency
Features
- Fully automated closed loop control system via PLC (generally
of client preference)
- Driven knife edge transfer between the overwrapper and the shrink
tunnel unit
- Torque limited flight bar system to prevent product damage
- Speed differences between infeed and machine conveyors are facilitated
by means of the pressure control system
- Automatic tracking on wrapping and exit belts
- Positive drive film mandrels for exact film tensioning, which
facilitates quick placement of film rolls and core removal
- Super low friction belting on the infeed conveyors minimises
scuffing of product
- Stainless steel rods on bottom blow shrink tunnel
- Adjustable vacuum pressure on the vacuum table
- All safety doors guarded by fail-to-safe system
- After-cooler fans for product cooling
